Return & Exchange Policy
At The School of Reps, we want you to love your gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following rules apply:
• Only brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise is eligible for return or exchange.
Items showing signs of wear, use, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
• Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send out the exchange.
