Service Description

Bullpen Study Hall gives baseball and softball pitchers a place to throw with purpose. ArmCare testing begins at 5:30 PM for every registered pitcher. Athletes will then have time to complete their individual warm-up and throwing progression before bullpen work begins at 6:00 PM. Two adult catchers will run separate tunnels. Pitchers will work through simulated at-bats, changing counts, and game situations. After each round, pitchers will rotate out, recover, make adjustments, and prepare for their next turn. We will complete as many quality rounds as the group can fit into the hour. Athletes who work with a pitching instructor are welcome to invite them. Instructors may watch the session and provide real-time feedback between rounds. This gives pitchers a chance to make an adjustment and immediately put it into practice. Pitchers who do not have an instructor are still covered. Our adult catchers will not interrupt the session or try to rebuild mechanics, but they are happy to offer simple feedback or a piece of homework when they notice something that could help. Athletes can choose whether they want that feedback. This is not a pitching lesson. It is a structured opportunity to compete, command the zone, work through at-bats, and build a dependable bullpen routine.
