Service Description
Classroom 202 is designed for hitters ready to take the next step. Powered by the Triple Play Ultra, this tunnel goes beyond basic fastballs to create more realistic, game-like at-bats. The machine throws fastballs, breaking balls, and changeups in sequence, helping athletes learn to recognize pitches, adjust timing, and stay confident in the box. This is where the game starts to slow down. Classroom 202 is available to members and is booked in 15-minute increments. Each session is built for focused, intentional reps. If you are training in person and finish your time with no one waiting for the tunnel, you’re welcome to stay in and continue swinging. The Triple Play Ultra bridges the gap between standard machine work and true at-bat preparation. It challenges hitters to compete against pitch mixes, not just velocity, and prepares them for the demands of higher-level baseball and softball.
Cancellation Policy
NON-MEMBER BOOKING POLICY The School of Reps Non-member bookings are available based on open classroom availability and must be reserved in advance through our website or in person. BOOKING WINDOWS Non-members may book available time slots up to the current booking window based on availability. All bookings are first come, first served. PRICING Non-member rates: • $30 — 30 minutes • $50 — 60 minutes Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% credit to your account. RESCHEDULING Reschedules requested within 24 hours of the booking: • Subject to a $10 rebooking fee • Original payment will be converted to account credit All rescheduled sessions must be used within the same billing period. NO-SHOWS No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. LATE ARRIVALS Your booking time begins at the scheduled time, not arrival time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time beyond their reserved slot. CLASSROOM USE Non-members may book: Classrooms 101, 102, 201, and 202 based on availability. Use of equipment must follow all facility rules: • Helmets required during machine use • One hitter at a time during machine or live work • Staff approval required for machine adjustments • No food or drinks in classrooms All users are responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was found. TIME TRANSITIONS Please finish your session on time and reset the classroom for the next group. Failure to exit on time may impact future booking privileges. WAIVER REQUIREMENT All participants and spectators must have a completed waiver on file prior to entering the facility. GENERAL The School of Reps reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings due to safety, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. All policies are in place to ensure fair access, safety, and a high-quality experience for all athletes.
