Foundations of Strength
Build it right before you build it bigger.
Service Description
Being athletic does not always mean moving correctly. Foundations of Strength teaches students how to activate the right muscles, control their bodies, and build a solid foundation for future strength. Physical therapist Joey Stahley knows which movement patterns young athletes need to develop before adding heavy weights, stepping into high school contact sports, or competing at the next level. Students will work through bodyweight exercises, resistance-band training, balance, stability, and controlled movement. This is not about lifting the most weight. It is about learning to move correctly so athletes are prepared for the bigger demands ahead. Good movement comes first. Strength is built one rep at a time.
