Service Description
This full-body fitness class combines yoga, pilates, and strength training into one balanced workout designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build healthier habits. Each class includes: Yoga Pilates Strength Training We’ll focus on mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, and everyday movement in a supportive environment that welcomes all fitness levels. Whether you’re getting back into fitness, looking to stay active, or wanting a workout that leaves you feeling better instead of beat up, this class is for you. No pressure. No intimidation. Just movement, strength, and consistency. Because feeling better is built through reps.

Cancellation Policy
Full Body Study Hall is a recurring fitness class combining yoga, pilates, and strength training in a supportive environment designed for all fitness levels. Registration & Payment Participants must register and pay in advance to reserve their spot in class. Space may be limited to maintain a quality class experience. Attendance Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so class can begin on time. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and within their personal comfort and ability level. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class may receive account credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of class start time are not eligible for refunds or credits. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Passes Participants using a class pass will have one session deducted upon registration or attendance, depending on booking setup. Unused class pass sessions remain subject to the terms of the purchased pass. Health & Safety Participants should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program if they have medical concerns, injuries, or physical limitations. By participating, individuals acknowledge they are voluntarily taking part in physical activity and assume responsibility for working within their own limits. Class Changes Class schedules, instructors, and formats may occasionally change based on availability and facility scheduling. No pressure. No intimidation. Just movement, strength, and consistency.
