Performance Coaching with Joey Stahley
Stronger movement. Better performance. Fewer setbacks.
Service Description
I’m a physical therapist and performance coach focused on helping athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. Originally from Sterling, Colorado, I was a multi-sport athlete at Fleming High School, competing in football, basketball, and track. I earned my bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science and my doctor of physical therapy from Regis University. I am a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and a certified performance specialist through EXOS sports performance. My approach combines rehabilitation and performance training to help athletes improve performance, prevent injury, and return from injury stronger, more resilient, and ready to perform.
