Bring your favorite playground games indoors with 60 minutes of exclusive access to Classrooms 203 and 204 and the Reps Equipment Library. Build your own party with equipment like dodgeballs, kickballs, batting tees, agility ladders, cones, bases, Wiffle ball equipment, and more. Whether your group wants to compete, create obstacle courses, or simply play together, the choice is yours. After the fun, enjoy 30 minutes of private access to the Study Hall for gifts, food, and cake. This self-hosted party is ideal for larger groups, with adult supervision required.
Cancellation Policy
The School of Reps Birthday Party Policy Thank you for choosing The School of Reps! Please review the following policies before booking your party. Booking & Payment Parties may be booked as far in advance as availability allows. Full payment is required at booking. Reservations are first come, first served and subject to facility availability. Self-Hosted Parties All parties are self-hosted. The School of Reps provides the reserved space and equipment included with your party package. Parents or supervising adults are responsible for organizing activities and supervising participants. We're happy to provide activity suggestions, but our staff will not organize or lead games. A responsible adult (18+) must remain present throughout the party. Arrival & Decorating You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate the Study Hall if it is available. Please do not use confetti, glitter, nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage the facility. Remove all decorations and personal belongings before leaving. Food & Drinks Outside food, cake, desserts, and beverages are welcome. Drinks, snacks, and party packages are also available for purchase. Protein drinks and smoothies are not included in drink packages. The party host is responsible for cleaning the Study Hall and disposing of all trash before leaving. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required. Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited. Equipment & Waivers Participants may only use the equipment included with their party package. Equipment must be returned to its original location. All participants must have a current School of Reps waiver on file. Only clean tennis shoes or turf shoes are permitted. No cleats. Cancellations More than 14 days: Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: Non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice and must be used within 60 days, subject to availability. Weather & Facility Rules As an indoor facility, parties are held regardless of weather unless The School of Reps closes. Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow facility rules may result in the party ending without a refund. The School of Reps reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals creating an unsafe or disruptive environment.
