Summer's Final Exam: A HitTrax Championship One Final Test Before School Starts. Summer's Final Exam is a five-day HitTrax tournament where teams battle it out for the championship before the school year begins. Build your team, compete in live HitTrax games, climb the leaderboard, and prove that the work you put in all summer paid off. This isn't just another tournament. It's your summer report card. Teams will compete in pool play before advancing to a championship bracket, with every game played using HitTrax technology for realistic gameplay and live statistics. Championship teams will earn exclusive Summer's Final Exam Champion shirts that can only be won, never purchased. Tournament Details Dates: August 3-7 Time: Games will play from 3:00 into the night, adult teams won't start before 5:00 Cost: $50 per player ($150 per 3-player team) 3-player teams (may roster up to 4 players) Baseball, softball, adult and kids' age divisions based on registration Pool play followed by a championship bracket Live HitTrax gameplay and statistics Championship shirts for each division winner Whether you've spent your summer playing ball, training at Reps, or putting in extra work when no one was watching, this is your chance to put it all together. Cancellation Policy
SUMMER'S FINAL EXAM Tournament Policy Registration is first come, first served. A player's spot is secured only after payment is received. All participants must have a completed School of Reps waiver on file. Team Registration Players register individually and list teammates during registration. Teams consist of 3 active players with the option to roster 1 alternate (maximum of 4 players). Only 3 players may compete in each game. Roster changes are subject to School of Reps approval. Scheduling Tournament games will be played August 3-7 during afternoon and evening hours. Registration closes August 1. Pool play schedules will be released August 2. Championship brackets will be determined from pool play results and announced during the tournament. We understand athletes may have other practices. Scheduling conflicts submitted during registration will be considered, but accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Payments & Refunds Registration is $50 per player. Cancellations made by August 1 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after August 1 are non-refundable. If The School of Reps cancels the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. Attendance & Forfeits Teams must be ready to play at their scheduled game time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; however, the game clock begins at the scheduled start time. After five minutes, the game may be ruled a forfeit. Teams must have at least 2 players present to compete. Teams with two players will bat with two hitters. Teams with fewer than two players will forfeit. Facility Rules All participants and spectators must follow School of Reps facility rules. No food or drinks on the turf. No throwing or swinging bats outside designated areas. Respect staff, equipment, and other participants. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Weather & Schedule Changes Because this event spans five days, The School of Reps may modify schedules, divisions, formats, or the number of games as needed to complete the tournament. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible. Tournament Format Game format, scoring, time limits, tie-breakers, playoff structure, and divisions are determined by The School of Reps. All tournament decisions are final. Championship Awards Championship teams will receive exclusive Summer's Final Exam Champion shirts. These shirts are never sold and can only be earned by winning the championship.
